We want you to love your myslaide pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at PhilipRomerobq71@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
